GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

GENERAL INFORMATION

the present general conditions have been drawn up in compliance with the regulations governing the distance contract referred to in Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Section II (Art. 50 et seq.).
The products purchased on Free Voogue are sold directly Italian Fashion Lab srl – Via Dante Alighieri 2A – 41030 San Prospero Sulla Secchia (MO) P.IVA 03451150365.

All orders placed via the Internet are governed by the General Conditions of Sale. By submitting an order you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Sale and you undertake to purchase the products you have selected, in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale.

Italian Fashion Lab reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on this website. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those published on this website at the time of placing the order.

 

ORDERS

Transmission order:
by placing an order through this website, you undertake to purchase the products you have selected, in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale.
Orders can be transmitted from Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day.

The customer who sends the order will receive, at the end of the procedure and by e-mail, a confirmation of receipt of the order with the indication of the order number.
Orders received, will be taken over by Italian Fashion Lab after confirmation of payment of the same.
The data recorded through the payment system will be evidence of the financial transaction.

Delivery Time:
7 days delivery by courier with express service.

Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first following working day.

Confirmation of shipment:
after the shipment of the order, the customer will receive an email with the notice of shipment.

In case of failure to execute the order, due to the unavailability of the goods requested, Italian Fashion Lab undertakes to give notice and to provide for the reimbursement of the sums paid for the payment of the supply.

PRICES

The prices of the products you order are those that are published on this site on the date on which you sent the order.

These prices are expressed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT in force for the respective product categories.
Shipping costs are not included. Shipping costs are invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated on this site on the date on which you sent the order.
Italian Fashion Lab reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order confirmation in case of obvious error in the calculation system or data.

 

SHIPMENTS

Address: Italian Fashion Lab uses as shipping data, those indicated by the customer at the time of the transmission of the order and cannot be held responsible for failure or delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses, incomplete or without any indication as to the place of delivery.
Delivery time: Shipments will be made by courier with express service, with approximate delivery of 7 days depending on the destination.

Responsibility: Italian fashion Lab is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, international customs problems or other circumstances beyond its control.
If the package is not delivered for reasons originating from the customer (e.g. wrong address, absent recipient, incorrect contact information, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery without a justified reason, all expenses incurred (e.g. shipping and any customs charges) will be deducted from any refund to be paid to the Customer.

Tracking: after the shipment will be sent to the email address indicated during the order, the confirmation of shipment.
Check goods: at the time of delivery of the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods. In case you find that the goods are damaged or not in conformity with the quantities ordered, you must report it to the carrier and sign the delivery document with reservation as well as inform Italian Fashion Lab within 3 days of delivery. Italian Fashion Lab in this case will provide, after verification, any replacement of the missing or damaged goods, in accordance with the order.

Shipping to Europe € 20,00

Free shipping: for orders from € 50,00 will not be charged the transport costs

PAYMENT:
Italian Fashion Lab srl accepts the following forms of payment:
PayPal
Credit cards.
Bank transfer: in this case, the order will be taken over by Italian Fashion Lab srl for shipment, only when the amount has been credited to the current account of Italian Fashion Lab. The IBAN will be indicated next to the payment option. In the notes of the bank transfer indicate the order number.
Cash on delivery: in case of cash on delivery the customer will pay the amount due directly to the courier upon receipt of the package. For this payment will be charged an additional cost of € 5.00.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The right of withdrawal to purchase can be exercised without any penalty and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
It is exercised by sending an email to Italian Fashion Lab commerciale@freevoogue.com indicating the order number, the article and the quantity of the goods that you want to return specifying if you want a replacement or refund. Specify the pick-up address if it is different from the delivery address. After receiving the email, Italian Fashion Lab will activate the collection of goods by courier.

Fill in the pre-printed form received with the order in which you express the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase of 1 or more products [specify n. order, item code, e-mail and name used during purchase],Pack the goods, using the same packaging and applying the label with the address of Italian Fashion Lab Srl, Via Dante Alighieri 2A – 41030 San Prospero (MO) that you will find with the return form.

The Return of the purchased item can be made if the following conditions are fully met:

  • The garments must be intact, have not been used, damaged or washed
  • garments must be kept in their original packaging
  • bosses must have the tag attached
  • fill in the return form and insert it into the package
  • for dispatch keep the same packaging and apply the excess pack supplied
  • send an email to progettazione@italianfashionlab.it to activate the return

Once delivered the package to Italian Fashion Lab the return will be managed within 2-3 working days after the date of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. After this period, verified the integrity of the goods and documentation, Italian Fashion Lab will replace or refund the returned items within 3-4 working days.
Items that will have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the customer.
Italian Fashion Lab will send an email to communicate the outcome of the return.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized products D.Lgs. 206/2005 art.55 paragraph 2 letter c.
